One-hour kayak tour

Meet at the Mangrove Info Center at the scheduled departure time. Participants will receive a short briefing on what they can bring into the mangrove habitat, and then receive an orientation about the area and the importance of the mangroves. After this, participants will spend one hour on the water. This tour provides an introduction to the mangrove habitat and covers a small part of the zone. The guide paddles at an unhurried pace and will make several stops to show and explain the habitat.

What to Bring:

Bring a bottle with tap water, nature fee receipt (STINAPA User Fee), protective clothing against the sun and/or sunblock. Please bring cash money (credit cards are not accepted as the Mangrove Center is off the grid and cannot process credit card charges). The Mangrove Center provides dry bags if needed.
